Ground with salt, milk thistle makes a great lower sodium seasoning.

Cut your salt in half by adding an equal amount of milk thistle. Not only will your salted dishes be tastier and contain less sodium, but you will be adding the health benefits of milk thistle to your diet easily and quickly.
